BIOEAST & BIOEASTSUP COMMUNICATION

Communication team of the BIOEASTsUP project supports the communication on both national an international level. In the first half of the project development WP5 team designed new corporate identity for both BIOEAST Initiative and also the BIOEASTsUP project and also established the national team of experts.

Since the kick of meeting in September 2019 only one conference was organised face to face in the off line form the high level  conference BIOEAST as a Driving Force in the Context of the European Green Deal, the WP5 support the organisation, registration and of course communication😊.  BIOEAST Initiative and BIOEASTsUP project supports the organisation of the Horizon 2020 Green Deal Call – Virtual Brokerage Event organised by the Horizon 2020 National Contact Points offices in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Israel in October 2020, WP5 also cooperates on the promotion of the Bioeconomy Inovation Week in March 2021. The Communication Leader Marie Kubankova (ART) summarizes: “I would like to express my gratitude to all my team and also the communication expert team. There is a need to promote the advantages and opportunities of bioeconomy in the Central and Easter Europe and also to promote our region on the EU level. “ The Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Implementation plan was provided in the first year to speed up the communication. In December 2019 the first National BIOEAST HUB was established in the Czech Republic in line with the Goverenance Paper of the BIOEAST Iniative and with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture CZ (www.bio-hub.cz), the guidelines were provide and published (www.bioeast.eu – in the Library section) to  boost the stakeholder engagement in the national thematic working groups, to support the cooperation between CET and NCP and also support the inter-ministerial dialogue.

Currently we are developing stakeholder web searching engine the very first on-line data base with contacts to stakeholders and experts in the bioeconomy in the BIOEAST region,” describes Marie Kubankova. “This tool shall support the engagement of the BIOEAST organisation in the international projects, increase our visibility and support the engagement of our macro region to the international collaboration.  The platform will be open soon for the registration – so be ready to promote your organisation and get involved in the Horizon EUROPE programme!”
