With the support of the BIOEASTsUP project, specific support studies will be organized and ordered in the next months to strengthen strategic advice for BIOEAST countries and cover the needs of the BIOEAST Thematic Working Groups in its expertise areas – agroecology, food, bioenergy, water and forestry. Topics of the studies must fit the needs of the Thematic SRIAs and overall SRIA preparation, but also can be focused to assessments related to specific EU strategies or specific aspects of the EU strategies in the context of CEE countries and their policies. Topics of the studies have been specified by the TWGs and the discussion with BIOEAST BOARD is currently ongoing in order to complete the proposals. An open procedure for completing the thematic studies will be announced, which will be published in the European Journal, expected in May.
