DESCRIPTION:Save the date: 9 December 2025\nBIOEAST SCIENCE-POLICY DIALOGUE: Macro-regional specificities, challenges and opportunities regarding the development of agroecology living labs.\nThe Agroecology Thematic Working Group ( https://bioeast.eu/agroecology/ ) of the BIOEAST Initiative ( https://bioeast.eu/introduction-of-bioeast-initiative/ ), in the framework of the BOOST4BIOEAST project, will host an online science-policy dialogue on 9 December 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 (CET).\nThe session will showcase inspiring examples from the BIOEAST macro-region and beyond on the set-up and operation of agroecology related open innovation structures, in particular living labs and lighthouses. It will further explore barriers and challenges regarding their implementation, as well as discuss the specificities of the BIOEAST region and how these approaches can better inform national policy making processes and can be better integrated into funding frameworks.\nThe dialogue is specifically targeted to policymakers, experts, researchers and value chain actors from the BIOEAST macro-region, but other interested international stakeholders are welcome to join.
