One of the main objectives of BIOWAYS project was to explore and promote active collaborations with EC funded projects and other relevant initiatives and organisations in the field of Bioeconomy. The outcome of this task has been a number of joint activities, including invitation to conferences and events to share results, co-organisation of events, workshops and exhibitions, intensive knowledge circulation and development of dissemination and training materials.
The objective of D6.12 “Report on the synergies and exchange of experience established with other initiatives” is to report on the collaboration, synergies and exchange of experiences established with other initiatives during the BIOWAYS project implementation.
Overall, the BIOWAYS partners collaborated with more than 221 projects or initiatives.

These collaborations have contributed to the success of BIOWAYS activities by gathering relevant insights, increasing the visibility of the communication campaigns, and enhancing the impact of our events.
The present document highlights the projects and initiatives that have actively collaborated with BIOWAYS and outlines the scope of these collaborations and their impact, along with a list of lessons learned in terms of how to identify synergies and create collaborations, and how to get maximum outcome from the collaborations.
