The best Wikipedia editor/writer is someone who is Professional Wikipedia Editor and highly knowledgeable good experienced in writing and editing Wikipedia articles. They should also be familiar with the policies and guidelines of Wikipedia, and be able to adhere to them in order to ensure that the articles they produce are of the highest quality. A good Wikipedia editor/writer will also have good communication skills, as they will need to be able to discuss and negotiate edits with other editors on the site.
