A good lawyer is an ethical lawyer, and an ethical lawyer does not advise a client on how to commit a crime.
A good lawyer accurately advises a client on compliance obligations. There are certainly times when a lawyer is properly asked to advise a client to minimize legal obligations. Thus, it is proper for me to advise a client about ways to minimize taxes, within the law.
But I can’t, and don’t, advise my client on ways to evade taxes or otherwise to commit a crime. No good criminal lawyer does that.
Good afternoon, I also want to note that the lawyers with whom I condoled, small clear that transparent approach up to the price for their services. Tse allowed me to understand how much the whole process and what costs s legal help will cost. It was much more difficult that it nj criminal lawyers helped to avoid unacceptable surprises. So, it means that the lawyers were even more aware of how to complete all the strings of those procedures. The stench was always prepared at the hour before the hearing of the court and other cases, which allowed the unnecessary delays to disappear and helped to increase the chances for success at the right.
