Representing Circular Change<\/strong>, Lucija Marovt <\/strong>contributed to the exchange by opening two key conversations that highlight the importance of collaboration beyond individual projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first focused on Green Public Procurement <\/strong>(GPP2ADRION), where participants from cities, utilities, and public institutions across the region were invited to join the ongoing Capacity Building Programme. The initiative aims to strengthen practical skills and support stakeholders in moving from ambition to concrete implementation in green public procurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The second discussion centred on the BIOEAST initiative <\/strong>and the BOOST4BIOEAST network<\/strong>, encouraging partners to extend the impact of their work by connecting with the wider BIOEAST macro-region. This included an invitation to engage in upcoming activities, such as the BIOEAST conference in Zadar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What links these two discussions is a shared understanding: projects do not end with their deliverables.
