Milestone Report#6: Methodology for competency and biomass mapping is provided to the HUBs

It identifies and prioritizes a set of core indicators across social, technological, and economic competencies, as well as biomass production and valorisation. The report includes a guideline that provides clear instructions on the methodology for assessing each indicator, detailing their purpose, definition, assessment methods, data sources, and references. A factsheet for each core indicator is included to support understanding and application. The guideline is designed to be a living document, serving as a reference for applying the bioeconomy readiness assessment framework, and is accompanied by a reporting template for recording indicator scores and the resources used in the scoring process.
