ToBeReaL is designed to empower bioeconomy projects through the provision of fully free services across 4 verticals of the readiness level:
- Technical: Basic bioeconomy techno-economic assessment, emerging bioeconomy technology intelligence, environmental impact and sustainability assessment, bio-based supply chain assessment and optimisation, European biomass feedstock analysis and forecasting.
- Business & Financial: Business mode and business plan creation/improvement, go-to-market and exploitation strategy, identification of public funding opportunities and application strategy design, identification of private funding opportunities.
- Regulatory & Legal: European and national bioeconomy policies and strategies, European and national regulatory environment and planning.
- Social: Online stakeholder mapping workshop, online co-creation workshop with targeted stakeholders, assessment of the social impact, brand perception and trust evaluation, choice experiment, systemic innovation readiness level assessment, social acceptance study.
The support is fully tailored and covers services adapted to the maturity level of each project. Each selected applicant receives a customised support package valued at up to 60 “ToBe Coins”, designed according to the needs and project maturity. The services are deployed by ToBeReaL partners, each being an expert in certain areas.
