CELEBio – Bio-economy Stakeholders in Slovenia (D2.3)

Mapping of the main bioeconomy stakeholders in Slovenia, prepared by the Association of Chemical Industries of Slovenia (CCIS) under the Horizon 2020 / BBI JU project CELEBio (GA No 838087). The report identifies the key actors that would need to be involved in setting up bio-based value chains: the largest companies in the food, forestry and wood-processing, waste, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, pulp and paper and bioenergy sectors, with their location, region, turnover and number of employees based on 2018 AJPES data. It also lists sector associations and clusters, research and innovation organisations, technology parks, relevant ministries and NGOs, and the largest brand owners in the bioeconomy.
