Description
The Hungarian BIOEAST HUB provides a direct channel to engage in policymaking and influence the development of national bioeconomy action plans and strategies. This collaborative approach helps bridge gaps between policies and market realities, facilitating more effective and relevant policy outcomes. By connecting diverse stakeholders, the HUB creates a vibrant community that fosters partnerships and collaborative ventures. This network offers valuable opportunities to find business partners, secure funding, and gain market insights while building resilience in the face of global challenges.
Joining the HUB offers access to cutting-edge research, technological advancements, and innovative business practices in the bioeconomy, allowing members to explore new opportunities, co-create innovative solutions, and enhance their competitiveness in domestic and international markets. We are committed to strengthening the skills of our members through workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events. The focus on capacity building empowers participants to adopt best practices, embrace innovations, and navigate the challenges of transitioning to a sustainable bioeconomy. Our seven working groups dedicated to specific bioeconomy sectors mirrors the seven international Thematic Working Groups. Currently, four of these operate: the Agroecology, Food Systems, Bio-based materials, and Education Mirror Groups.
