Description
The HUB was created as a collaborative platform for various stakeholders committed to sustainable, innovation-driven and circular bioeconomy development. Among them are policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and NGO’s from across the wider European region. Together, the aim is to foster the formation of strategic partnerships, develop action plans, and support policies necessary for the resilience and growth of the bioeconomy sector both in Latvia and beyond.
The HUB also focuses on strengthening human capital by providing opportunities for all stakeholders involved in the bioeconomy to enhance their knowledge and skills. In addition, it seeks to raise public awareness of the role and value of the bioeconomy for future generations. The Platform will serve as a facilitator of collaboration between national and international bioeconomy actors.
