BIOEAST Science-Policy Dialogue: Wood in Sustainable Building

The Forestry Value Chain Thematic Working Group of the BIOEAST Initiative, in the frame of the BOOST4BIOEAST project, will host an online science-policy dialogue on 30 June 2026, from 13:00 to 15:00 (CEST).

There are many opportunities for wood in the built environment, from sustainability to beauty, comfort, and health. While these opportunities are growing, research, innovation, policy, and environmental barriers remain. The presentation provided by the InnoRenew Centre of Excellence will focus on an overview of research progress and gaps, policy developments, and opportunities for companies across the wood-building value chain, as well as a forum for discussion of these topics.
