D5.3 Roadmap for BIOEAST UniNet Progress Report

This deliverable presents a preliminary roadmap for the BIOEAST UniNet to strengthen bioeconomy education and skills in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It defines time-bound actions for 2025–2027 and outlines longer-term steps to ensure governance, policy alignment, international cooperation, and financial sustainability. The roadmap positions BIOEAST UniNet as a scalable, knowledge-driven platform supporting education, innovation, and skills development beyond the BOOST4BIOEAST project.
