On 9 March 2026, a workshop titled “Added Value of Hemp in the Bioeconomy – Experiences, Pilot Solutions and Potential for Slovakia” will take place at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra.
The event is organised within the TeBiCE (Territorial Bio-Circular Economy) project and will focus on the potential of industrial hemp value chains in the context of circular bioeconomy. Discussions will explore opportunities for regional processing models, cooperation between research, industry and policy actors, and the contribution of hemp-based solutions to sustainable bioeconomy development.
The event is particularly relevant for stakeholders involved in the National Bioeconomy Hub, public administration, research institutions, clusters and SMEs active in the bioeconomy field.
