Science-Policy Dialogue for the Advanced Bio-based Chemicals and Materials TWG – Save the Date

Organised under the framework of the BOOST4BIOEAST project, this Science–Policy Dialogue will bring together experts from science, policy, and industry to explore how policy briefs and strategic recommendations can more effectively inform decision-making processes.

The discussion will focus on practical experiences and good practices in:

• Translating research results and expert knowledge into concise, actionable policy messages;
• Increasing the visibility and uptake of recommendations among decision-makers;
• Understanding what makes policy input relevant, timely, and impactful for emerging biomaterial solutions;
• Strengthening the role of experts and stakeholders in shaping evidence-based policies supporting the biomass-based economy.

By fostering exchange between sectors, the dialogue aims to improve how knowledge and recommendations from the bio-based chemicals and biomaterials community reach and influence policy.
